I. The maison

Di Palma Couture is an Italian house of haute couture, bridal and made-to-measure. The website is a presentation of the atelier — not a point of sale. All commitments to clients are formed through private correspondence and contracted in writing before any work begins.

II. Use of the site

You are welcome to view, read and share the contents of this site. Editorial use of images, look names and copy is permitted with prior written consent from the maison. Press representatives may write to angelo@dipalmacouture.com for higher-resolution material.

III. Intellectual property

All photographs, illustrations, look names and prose published here remain the property of Di Palma Couture or its photographers, who are credited where applicable. Reproduction outside permitted editorial use is reserved.

IV. Appointment enquiries

An enquiry submitted through the appointment form is an invitation to converse — not a confirmed booking. The atelier responds in person, normally within two working days. A consultation is confirmed only when both parties have agreed in writing.

V. Liability

The site is offered as is. The maison cannot be held responsible for occasional unavailability, for inaccuracies in third-party press citations, or for the contents of external sites linked from these pages.

VI. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be addressed first by direct correspondence with the maison.
